Chef Euten E. Lindsay is a highly experienced Executive Chef, who has managed many businesses and high end establishments. He is also a previous Food Consultant and writer for various articles and has previously appeared on TV, alongside people such as Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall.

Passionate and with a unique style of fusion and experienced in classic French, traditional British, African, Caribbean, Middle Eastern and Oriental cooking, Chef Euten E. Lindsay’s host of skills and experience allow Fusion Cuisine to cater for small dinner parties through to multi-table events.

Chef Euten E. Lindsay has previously supported The Ivy, Richard Blackwood, Vidal Sassoon and multiple establishments attended by high profile personalities. Sporting the ability to work with most budgets to deliver a flexible menu always providing high quality food delivered with a Jamaican smile to make it a truly memorable event.
